سيراجع فريقنا طلبك خلال 24-48 ساعة

بعد الموافقة على طلبك، ستتلقى التعليمات اللازمة لإرسال المنتج.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 - 10 أيام عمل، بشرط استيفاء شروط الإرجاع

شروط الإرجاع

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية

يمكن تجربة الأحذية داخل المنزل فقط ويجب ألا تظهر عليها أي علامات استخدام

يجب أن تظل جميع البطاقات الأصلية (التاج) مرفقة

يجب إعادة المنتج في عبوته الأصلية

يجب إرجاع جميع الملحقات والعناصر الأصلية المرفقة

يجب ألا يكون المنتج به أي بقع، خدوش، تلف، روائح أو أي علامات استخدام أخرى

لديك 14 يومًا تبدأ من تاريخ استلام طلبك لتقديم طلب الإرجاع

الطلبات المقدمة بعد 14 يومًا أو المنتجات التي لا تستوفي شروط الإرجاع قد لا يتم قبولها

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

3. Return instructions

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.

4. Refund

After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7 - 10 working days, provided the return conditions are met.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Shoes may only be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories and included items must be returned.
  • The product must not have any stains, scratches, damage, odors, or other signs of use.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns submitted after the 14-day period or products that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.
